How can I book?

You can choose one of the following options to make your booking:

What are your office opening hours?

Our usual opening hours are:

Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm

Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holiday - Closed

How do I make a payment?

We accept payment by the following methods: Credit or debit cards, cheques and cash.

How much deposit do you require to confirm a booking?

We require a deposit of 5%.

Can I make a provisional booking?

Provisional bookings for all tours can be made and held for 7 days unless within 4 weeks of the departure date when bookings will only be held for 3 days.

All provisional bookings will be cancelled automatically after 7 days if the required confirmation/payment has not been received.

Will you send me a reminder when my balance payment is due?

The date your balance is payable will be printed on your confirmation invoice, usually 4 weeks before departure date. No reminders are automatically sent out.

Will you automatically take the balance payment using the card I paid the deposit with?

No, you must contact us to authorise us to take the payment.

Can I reserve a specific seat on the coach?

Requests for particular seats can be made at the time of booking. All allocations are made in order of booking, therefore early booking is advisable if you prefer seats near the front of coach. For operational reasons we reserve the right to alter a seating plan and re-allocate seats, we will endeavour to avoid this as far as possible. Specific seats are not allocated on transfer/feeder vehicles.

What is my luggage allowance?

Your allowance is one medium sized suitcase per person, which should weigh no more than 25kgs when full. We may refuse to carry larger or heavier suitcases. Hand luggage should be stored in the overhead racks aboard the coach, nothing should be stored under your seat.

Is there a toilet on-board the coach?

All main tour coaches have on-board toilets. Transfer/feeder vehicles may not have on-board toilets.

When will I receive my travel documents?

Travel documents confirming pick-up points and departure times along with luggage labels will be forwarded approximately 7 to 10 days before departure.

Can I make a special request for my holiday?

Should you have any special requests, please ensure they are advised at the time of booking, we will then forward them to the relevant partner. Unfortunately we regret that special requests cannot always be guaranteed.

Is it possible to take a wheelchair or Mobility Scooter on the coach?

You can take a wheelchair on the coach. Only 2 mobility scooters can be taken on the coach and the maximum weight is 25kgs.
